Charting Careers understands our commitment to Anti-Racism and Inclusion must be constant and unwavering and at the center of ALL mentoring relationships, educational programs, and scholar/family partnerships.

Our organization commits to being publicly accountable for continuously addressing any aspects of white supremacy and racism within our organization and in our community. This requires an action plan and commitment to regular reporting on our progress and learning. Our intention is to update this plan regularly with actions completed and new goals added.
