At Charting Careers, we help youth and families in Annapolis discover their strengths, achieve their goals, and thrive. Through enriching opportunities, transformative mentoring, family partnerships, and community collaboration, we walk alongside students and families every step of the way—always at no cost to them.
One of our North Star Goals is that each of our high school students graduate with a plan for their future beyond 12th grade. Since our founding in 2018, 100% of the high school students enrolled in our programing have achieved the goal of high school graduation. Our 100% success rate far exceeds the sub-85% graduation rate of students in economic situations similar to those faced by our scholars. In 2024, the Bureau of Labor Statistics concluded that students graduating high school earned, on average, $8,300 per year more than those who did not.
