The Greater Clay St. Collaborative

Charting Careers is the “community quarterback” for a collaborative effort to reduce childhood poverty in the Greater Clay St. Community. The Collaborative is lead by a Steering Committee composed of residents and other key community leaders, including representatives from Charting Careers, the City of Annapolis Mayor’s Office, College Creek Church, First Baptist Church of Annapolis, Annapolis Elementary School, MEGA, St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, Newtowne Community Development Corporation, and the Partnership for Children, Youth, and Families.

The Greater Clay St. Collaborative is grounded in the values of Governor Wes Moore’s ENOUGH Act, we believe in investing in people and places through collaboration, opportunity, and care. Our work also builds on the foundation of the City of Annapolis’ Adopt a Community Program and the Partnership for Children, Youth, and Families Annapolis Community of Hope, which both encourage neighborhoods to lead the way in shaping their own futures, with the support of cross-sector partnerships.
