Provide Transportation or Chaperone
Our team building events, transformational opportunities, college visits, and personal goal achievement all involve transportation and often additional chaperones. One of Charting Careers distinguishing program elements is that we pay for background checks and staff oversight to select and support volunteers who help safely chaperone and transport our youth. These needs can vary. For example, one of our scholars made her cheerleading team and needed daily transportation home from practice. While other needs are a one-time day trip for a college visit or Charting Careers field trip where we just need more trusted adults to help supervise youth.
