Mentors don’t need special skills—just compassion, consistency, and the belief that every young person deserves someone in their corne
Your Role as a Mentor
At Charting Careers, mentors are champions, guides, and trusted allies to youth discovering their voice and potential. By building a consistent, meaningful relationship with a middle or high school student, you offer encouragement, share life experiences, help scholars navigate challenges, and celebrate their goals.
